Amidst these challenges, a ray of hope appeared when Mamuni came across Peacebell in Bhubaneswar. Seizing the opportunity, she eagerly enrolled in the training program, determined to change her life’s course.

With dedication and hard work, Mamuni transformed her circumstances. Today, she proudly works as an Enforcement Guard with the BMC under the Government of Odisha, earning ₹12,000 per month. Her journey is a shining example of how empowerment and opportunity can break the cycle of poverty.
